If you want to update an already uploaded file, use the "Update Audio File" button after uploading the new version under "Edit Episode --> Media File":

For a pure metadata change (e.g. description of the episode) you don't need to upload a new file, we simply replace that in the original file. Only if you want to replace the entire audio file an update is necessary and the corresponding encoding minutes will be deducted from your quota.
