You can cancel either via the corresponding menu item in your profile or by sending an e-mail to kuendigung@julephosting.com. 

As soon as you have cancelled, your subscription will not be renewed and your payment information will be deleted. You will also receive a cancellation confirmation by email. Until the end of your subscription period you can still access your account and use our services, after that your podcasts will be taken offline and deleted. So take care of a backup of your data or a podcast move in time. 

Cancellation period

Annual subscription: 30 days before renewal

Monthly subscription: 7 days before renewal
